Richard was appointed Chief Executive at Voluntary Sector North West (VSNW) in May this year. He sits on the Regional Strategy Advisory Group at the Regional Development Agency and the Economic Strategy Group at 4NW (formerly the Regional Assembly). He also works closely with colleagues in Government Office to raise the profile of the sector and support effective partnership working between the VCS and Government at all levels. Throughout his career Richard has always held voluntary roles and is currently Vice-Chair of Governors at Old Trafford Community School and a Board member of Manchester Community Information Network
