Deborah is Regional Director with the Homes and Communities Agency. She has been Director of Housing for Manchester City Council since June 2006 and is responsible for Strategic Housing; Delivery of Stock Divestment Strategy; Housing PFI programme, Supporting People; Housing Management; Homelessness and Private Sector Investment and Renewal. She is Chair of Manchester Supporting People Commissioning Board, a member of the Manchester and Salford HMR pathfinder board, a member of North West Housing Forum Executive and a Board Member of Southway Housing Trust.
