Federation of Small Businesses NW
For the last ten years Paul has been responsible for researching, developing and promoting a wide range of policy issues of behalf of the 22,000 members of the Federation of Small Businesses in the North West. Following 22 years in the electricity supply industry Paul spent three years managing the regional business support activities for a building federation before joining the FSB.
In addition to representing small businesses on the JEC Paul sits on several strategic and stakeholder groups in the region including ENWORKS, Regional Skills & Employment Board and the Transition Management Board for Solutions for Business. He also works closely with other private sector associations and professional bodies through the Private Sector Partners NW Ltd.
With around 215,000 members nationally the Federation of Small Businesses is the UK’s largest business organisation and is dedicated to the promotion and protection of the small business sector.
